Roadblock #1: The Therapist Bottleneck

Finding and hiring qualified therapists takes 18 months. That means families wait longer for the help they need—and waiting can mean the difference between staying together and separation.

Roadblock #2: The $293,000 Funding Gap

We need more resources to serve more families while maintaining the quality care that keeps kids safely at home. Our current budget covers 8 cohorts annually, but to grow to 12 cohorts and accelerate our timeline, we need to increase our budget by $293,000 annually.

Here's what's at stake: Every family that waits is at risk. Every day that passes is another day a child might enter the foster care system unnecessarily.
