Roadblock 1: Therapist Bottleneck
Finding and hiring qualified therapists takes 18 months, which means families have to wait longer for the help they need.
What’s the solution to remove this roadblock? NEW TASS Model Training Center: Our game-changing Training Center allows us to recruit and train the next generation of therapists under Dr. Millette's expert supervision. This creates an immediate pipeline of qualified therapists ready to serve families.
Roadblock 2: $293,000 Funding Gap
We need more resources to serve more families simultaneously while maintaining the quality care that keeps kids safely at home.
What’s the solution to remove this roadblock? MAP Makes Room Campaign: By raising $293,000 annually, we can grow from 8 to 12 cohorts annually at our Training Center, accelerating our timeline and serving exponentially more families.
